In this newsletter we start with an equal-weighted core list and make marginal trades in and out of this set each month. To be able to do this without selling holdings, the list contains 10-20 stocks at all times. The portfolio is geared toward capital appreciation. The securities are selected from the Latin Capital Market Stock Index. |
LSI Dividend Portfolio Year-to-date 2009 = 78.2%* This portfolio's primary objective is to seek total return from both dividends and capital appreciation. Note that ADRs have less frequent and in some cases larger payouts than regular US-based stocks. This portfolio is an equal-weighted basket of large Latin American-based Depository Receipts. These above-average yielding securities are selected from the Latin Capital Market Stock Index too. |
